[Shootout-list] How to update compilers (oz)

Hello

What is needed to update a compiler? Newer versions of Mozart/Oz seem
to be 20% faster on some benchmarks (e.g. fibo). I could do some of the
work, but am not sure which all places would need to be touched. 

ps. I am committing small fixes to various Oz entries.
