[Shootout-list] Weekly (*cough*) Update

Just a quick note on the Shootout:

1.  Website updates are pretty much complete.  Please let me know if you run 
into any problems.

2.  Updated several compilers and reran benchmarks.

3.  Incorporated Matthias Blume's SML/NJ code.

4.  Incorporated a variety of updates and fixes to Forth, Perl, GHC, Ruby, 
Pike, C++, and SBCL.

5.  Tried to comb my e-mail for missing changes I forgot to apply.  Please let 
me know if you see anything missing from the website.  If it's not posted as 
of now, I don't realize you sent it.  Please send again!  :-)
