No.
The chart does not show languages in "speed order" - it shows
*programs* sorted on your chosen criterion.
It shows CPU times and memory usage relative to the lowest CPU time and
memory usage for that benchmark, for fixed N.
Explaining why something in-your-opinion is fairly useless is helpful -
otoh bland assertions are fairly useless.
