this is good.

this is also good.
however, i think Build flags & runtime flags are sufficiently important 
so that they should be obvious to find. the name ''log'' sounds more 
like something that can be easily overlooked. i we changed the name to 
''language tuning'' (actually to something much better :-) i think the 
log page is the right thing.

again, this is good. (and the statment itself is even better. it 
highlights the current problem, ie the shootout discusses only compiled 
vs the-rest, when the-rest is quite a lot of very different things)
