[Shootout-list] Test Run Logs

I was planning to declare victory today that the error
logs now show the cause of the program failures.

Unfortunately, I just noticed that an auto-build cycle

last night wiped everything out, leading to the
discovery
that logs are *always* wiped out, even if the test is
not re-run.

This is obviously a major bug (but one that I think I
just fixed) so hopefully we will start seeing useful
debug logs in the next few days.
