[Shootout-list] Java benchmarks + timings

Why would we optimize Java? 
Do we do per-benchmark-optimization for other languages?

Choose -server or -client or show both.


Anyway, some of the benchmarks *do* need to be run a little longer -
get Java and C# in the 2s-4s range on all the benchmarks and then try
to figure out -server or -client.
