[Shootout-list] java - revcomp: OutOfMemoryException?

Does anybody have a clue why the java program gives an OutOfMemoryException?

The default filesize is 10 kb.

I conclude that the program fails with a file of 1MB.

But I don't get any problem with sequences with sizes up to 9MB.
