i would appreciate if you explained where my reasoning about Magna Carta
and the whims of rulers is false. it is from memory of history lessons
taken 30 years ago so it could well be thast i am mistaken.
once corrected, then i would hopefully be able to understand your
explanation about the license, an explanation which i currently do not
see what it has to do with my reasoning.
