if we keep the current time out (about 470 seconds) even languages 400 
times slower would be ok. and if we go down to 0.5 seconds and up to 500 
seconds, we will have three orders of magnitude.
perhaps languages >1000 times slower on a test do not need to be 
included in the single-number-ranking ? they will be in the graphs (if 
the graphs are changed to include more values for ''n'').
