Fine by me either way as long as the policy is clear.
Of course D is a bit of a competitor to Felix .. I was actually
going to build it and have a look .. they offer a 'binary
for Linux' which shows how stupid it all is: a binary
for which processor?? Linux runs on x86, AMD64, ppc, and
ppc64 and all 5 would require a distinct binary AFAICS.

Probably -- I know the developers. There used to be a commercial
version which sold for $US50, which is effectively a free compiler
where you pay for the media .. however it definitely isn't open source.
