[Shootout-list] what are the criteria for adding new benchmarks?

hello benchers,

I notice that all the benchmarks in the current set are quite small,
rarely more than a few dozen lines of code. Would there be any
interest in a benchmark of a few hundred lines of code?
What criteria would it have to satisfy to be considered for
addition to the Shootout?
