[Shootout-list] Mailing list subscription problem.

I tried to subscribe to the shootout list using the form at:

http://shootout.alioth.debian.org/miscfile.php?sort=cpu&file=mailinglist&title=mailing%20list

but could not. The page that came back was:

Not Found
The requested URL /subscribe/shootout-list was not found on this server.
;---

Any other way to subscribe besides the form?

Also, I have a new language I would like to submit. Where and how would I 
best do that? What would make it easiest/quickest for the maintainers of the 
site?
