[Simple-cdd-devel] Trying to make a bootable USB stick

you probably need a initrd that supports booting off of USB stick- the
initrd.gz that simple-cdd downloads is only for genuine CD support.

it's been long on the TODO list for simple-cdd to make this easier, but i
haven't yet gotten around to it.
