[Simple-cdd-devel] problems installing slapd

yes

I can ping the machibe that I'm installing , ip a  l give me the correct ip
from console  , I can ping gateway and other server.( in the chroot /target)

Strange that the only server in the midlle os install that I can see ( ps ax
and netstat ) is mysql

humm in chroot environment I done the comamnds:

a) slapd -Tt
conf file testing succeeded

b) slapcat
gives me dc=.... and
cn=admin

c) ldapsearch -Y EXTERNAL -H ldapi:///
ldap_sasl_interactive_bind: Can't contact LDAP server ( -1)

The interest part that I have already mention is that after install , if I
install my package ( that install limpam-ldap, libnss-ldap configure them
and change slapd) all goes wrigth withot errors......

Well I still using a scripts that runs just before first boot to change
slapd....8(
