It is now possible to disable security mirrors, but I don't think Debian
DVDs include copies of the installer images.

I'm also not sure if images are typically signed, and the Release files
and SHA256SUMS/MD5SUMS (and soon to be "extrafiles") are all verified
with pgp signatures. I'm not sure if a DVD image includes the *SUMS
files either.

We might be able to add support for "unsigned" repositories and
checksums files. Not sure how we would handle missing checksums files,
as we use those to parse which files to download in some cases.

It might be possible for simple-cdd to generate a CD that includes the
appropriate checksums files and installer images... but I'm not sure if
this would be possible from the debian-produced images.
