[Simple-cdd-devel] TimeoutError to 208.80.154.15

simple-cdd builds have been failing for me for 4 days with:urllib.error.URLError: <urlopen error ftp error: TimeoutError(110, 'Connection timed out')>

I isolated the issue to one of the ftp.us.debian.org IPs: 208.80.154.15
ftp to 208.80.154.15 fails from 3 different machines at 3 different locations.
My workaround is to put a static dns entry:64.50.233.100 ftp.us.debian.org
Anyone else seeing this?
