Dear Sirs/Madam,NEPAD PROJECT AUTHORITY in Ghana has disbursed some it's 2015/2016 budgetary allocation to procure  various items, equipment and machines for National development in Ghana.
This Tender is open to Foreign and local suppliers/manufacturers whose company products meet international standards and we are looking for company who are willing to bid for a tender.
Terms of Payment: If you win the bid, An upfront payment(mobilization fee) of 80% (T/T) will be made into your account through an authorized NPA financial institution(Ghana commercial Bank), while remaining 20% will be made by L/C(which is bank to bank) before shipment.
Maximum Delivery Period:(one year and six months) i.e 18 calendar Months
This Project is for companies who are very ready to bid for contract supply.
Foreign or local bidder are required to do an official  tender registration with the NEPAD PROJECT AUTHORITY after submitting their bid for approval  According to lay down procedure of the Ghana procurement act 2003 to qualify the bidder for the bidding process as a local or non residential contractor.
An individual can also source for the products,machines and equipment to bid for the supply.
