Yes, I remember this. However, it creates a problem when the last
scripts do not call log_end_msg or call it under certain conditions
(see rc.local). At this point mostly all scripts call log_end_msg, so
we don't reach 100% before all the scripts are done. This works good.

Splashy will be set to 100% as soon as it finds gdm/kdm/xdm or
anything that starts X. This bug is only triggered on machines that do
not have X. Like the vmware instance I'm using to test ;-)

This is very good news. Otavio is also getting some free time during
this month. And I'll have a few days after Dec 18th. We can definitely
push 0.3 closer to 0.4!
