[Splashy-devel] Provides field for ubuntu

Hi,
I was seeing the Provides: field in the control file
of /debian-related/trunk/debian/control and i saw:

Depends: libc6
Provides: userspace-bootsplash
Replaces: usplash, debsplash-utils, userspace-bootsplash
Conflicts: usplash, debsplash-utils, userspace-bootsplash

If i'm not wrong (it was right for upower) in the Provides: we should
add usplash. Since ubuntu-desktop package has usplash as dependence and
all the major changes on ubuntu are introduced by dependencies to that
package.
In Upower to have ubuntu-desktop + upower packages on my system i had to
put usplash in Provides field.

Can i do the same for splashy?
