[Splashy-devel] Bug#447624: splashy: Maintainer address rejects mail

I experienced the same problem back in October [1], but then the
situation changed: now the list is moderated and bugs pass [2].  While
this is not the best situation (I'd expect bug reports coming from BTS
to be accepted without any moderation), it's already an improvement.

Shouldn't this bug be closed?
