[Splashy-devel] Bug#411062: missing dependency on lsb-base

Package: splashy
Version: 0.3.2
Severity: normal
The splashy initscript sources /lib/lsb/init-functions unconditionally.
So a hard dependency on lsb-base is required for the splashy package
(Currently it only Recommends: lsb-base | lsb).
