[Splashy-devel] Bug#428045: splashy's background disappears when console-cyrillic starts

Package: splashy
Version: 0.3.3
Severity: normal

I noticed that splashy's background disappears at certain point during
the boot, some lines scroll quickly at console, and then the progress bar
reappears on the black background.

It seems this happens when /etc/init.d/console-cyrillic starts.

As a workaround I removed /etc/rcS.d/S61console-cyrillic and run `cyr'
manually if I happen to need cyrillic support in console. This way the
background does not disappear.
