Hello,

I confirm this one... How ever it's been a long time ;)

I believe that the problem is linked with the theme managing using
percent. On one hand it seems to be a good idea for it avoid to have one
image and one config file for each resolution. Unfortunately, on the
other hand ... all resolutions don't have the same ratio!!

For example 1024x768 and 1280x800 just don't fit together. There are not
so much different ratios but there is definitively 2 or 3 different
ones. It would be nice to have splashy managing this little converting
problem (for example with a line in the theme's file showing for which
resolution it was initially made and a little converting code depending
on which resolution's ratio it is used.)

How ever here is a version of the debiansplashy theme for 1024x768 (note
that I did it by changing percent indication for the progress bar to
pixel's one.
It means that I just don't know if it would work on other resolution.

The problem was that I could not use relative number with percent which
happen to prevent fixing the progress bar for this resolution)     
I also removed the grey background color for the progress bar which I
found ugly.
