Package: splashy
Severity: grave
-- System Information:
Debian Release: squeeze/sid
APT prefers unstable
APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable')
Architecture: x86_64
Kernel: Linux 2.6.29-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores)
Locale: LANG=de_DE at euro, LC_CTYPE=de_DE at euro (charmap=ISO-8859-15)
Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash
Dear maintainers,
on my system the files (all on their own partitions) /usr, /var and /home
are encrypted.
At boot, when splashy is started, it is not possible, to enter the password
into the required field.
I read, this issue was discussed before, but it still seemed not to be
solved (please feel free to correct me).
With this bug, the package is sadly unusable for me at the moment.
Thanks for any help.
Best regards
Hans
