[Splashy-devel] Bug#517585: Bad path for splashy_config in manpage

At the end of splashy_config man there is the below mention :

EXAMPLES
       "/usr/bin/splashy_config --info"

       Shows all the themes currently installed.

The problem is that splashy_config is actually in /sbin/splashy_config

The example section should be changed accordingly
