[Splashy-devel] Bug#505270: splashy: Don't use sh builtin sleep

we noted this and released 0.3.13-3 quickly.

sleep 1

that way it would work with any and we will include a proper fix in a
future version for Splashy. adding one second to the boot process
should not even be noticeable for most users.
