[Splashy-devel] Bug#511604: purging helps

I am sorry, I solved this problem by purging splashy and splashy-themes
(and deleting /etc/splashy) and installing them again. There were some
problems with an old installation which had problems with a separate
/usr partition and it propagated with upgrading to the new version.
