splashy depends on libdirectfb-1.0-0 which has been removed.
I've rebuilt it against libdirectfb-1.2.0.

Then I've problems with it but probalby related to my specific configuration,
it the same as http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=499972
