[Splashy-devel] Bug#528766: include scripts in initramfs when not allowed

Hello,

When the file /etc/default/splashy does not permit splashy to be included in 
initramfs, some scripts from splashy are allways included,

Please don't include that, because are a potential source of errors,

Applying the attached patch to the source package, the splashy hook to 
initramfs-tools includes only the code when is allowed,
