[Splashy-devel] Bug#447523: priority too low

IMHO this bug's priority is too low. This kind of issue prevents
splashy from being installed by default on desktop systems,
and has had me going around and removing it from systems where I have
installed it as their users encounter and are frustrated by this bug.
