[Splashy-devel] Bug#447523: splashy: timeout error due to fsck on big partitions

Same here, priority is too low.
If Splashy claims to make the boot process nicer, then it should not 
result in users not knowing what is going on.
If a standard fsck file system check is performed, a timeout occuring in 
splashy and a display not showing the process status does not seem to be 
a good fit for a nice boot process.

Please let me know if I can contribute in any way to make this process 
visible, or I will also have to remove the splashz application on my 
installations.
