[Splashy-devel] Bug#585558: Splashy fails to run on intel based cards

Hi,

splashy does not run on boot, even if it does on rebooting or testing it with splashy test.
The bug is being fixed in git [1] and it's probably related to the never kernel present in squeeze.

The result of:

$ cat /proc/fb
0 inteldrmfb

and inside initramfs, scripts/local-premount/splashy

grep -q '\(VESA\|VGA\)' || exit
/sbin/splashy boot

which prevent from executing splashy.
