[Splashy-users] Thinkpad t41 - Debian Lenny - 8 or 16 colors splashy boot

Hello,

I have a t41 laptop computer which has an ATI Mobility 9000 graphics card. I
have radeon fb support under kernel and installed splashy with the options
"vga=0x0343 splash" which according to "hwinfo --framebuffer" is this
resolution -> Mode 0x0343: 1400x1050 (+4200), 24 bits

I get the correct screensize but not color number, I'd say Im really getting
8-bit.

Any tips on how to get full colors?
