Do you mean "cross compile"? It looks to me from what you have below, that
you are compiling Splashy for a different CPU than your system is running?
"platform-qsd8650"?

Looks like libsplashycnf didn't compile but this might be because you are
missing some dependencies. Are you sure that you have all the needed
libraries?
