[Stardata-common-devel] StarPlot and Spacechart .debs

Hi all,

In spacechart packace ,I have changed the debian/spacechart.1 file.
To avoid a lintian warning I have changed Javier surname
"Peña" to "Pen~a".

Javier, are you agree with it?.

Please, Kevin, take a loot at it and if you find Ok upload it when
you can.
