The fact that there's a delta between Debian and Ubuntu is probably a 
bug.  Anything we can do to remove that delta is probably a good idea.  
I'd be all for syncing from Debian, as I think it would reduce the 
maintenance burden greatly.

Then we might as well team up and make sure that both Debian and Ubuntu 
are up to date with Tahoe-LAFS.
