[Tahoe-debian] Hello, and a few comments

Hi, I recently subscribed to this list in order to keep up with the
Debian/Ubuntu packaging of Tahoe. I have a couple of comments:

 - in debian/docs, does the line "docs/*" include files in all
   subdirectories of docs?

(I looked at the nearest thing I could find to a spec:
   http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/dother.en.html#docs
and it didn't answer this question, although the debhelper man page
   seemed to suggest not.)

If not then it should explicitly include:

     docs/frontends/*
     docs/historical/*
     docs/proposed/*
     docs/specifications/*

 - the script created by the 'install:' target of debian/rules should
include the following single line after the copied shebang line:

u"Tahoe-LAFS does not run under Python 3. Please use a version of Python
between 2.4.4 and 2.7.x inclusive."

(I realize that it's fairly unlikely that a user would end up running
/usr/bin/tahoe under Python 3, but it's possible, and will give an
incomprehensible error message without this change. This corresponds
to the following change to the template for the upstream script:
   http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/changeset/4921/trunk/ )

BTW, I'm very much in favour of merging the Debian and Ubuntu packaging.
