Oh, I didn't look at the patches to see that. That is good! 

However, that means that the eggs are still being shipped in the
orig.targ.gz, so they are technically being distributed, and the
licenses need to be sorted out... or the upstream tarball needs to be
repacked to not include them, which is probably the best idea.

Yeah, the FTP master I talked to said it would get rejected due to the
debian/copyright stuff, he also asked me about the eggs, but I'm not
sure if that is grounds for reject or not.
