We currently have several debian-specific files in our upstream source tree:

http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/browser/trunk/misc/debian?rev=5045
http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/browser/trunk/misc/debian_helpers?rev=5045#sid/debian

Now that Tahoe-LAFS is properly packaged for Debian, should we remove
those? Or sync them?

I made it up. I call it the "Simple Permissive Licence".
