[Teammetrics-discuss] nntpstat does not work reliably

Hi,

I was running nntpstat.py but not a single mail ended up in the
database.  I stored the logfile in

   /var/log/teammetrics/liststat.log_containing_invalid_names

and the mboxes in

   /var/cache/teammetrics/save_for_debugging

on blends.d.n.  Considering that the download took more than 24h and
thus makes *a lot* of traffic we definitely should modularise the import
of an mbox to enable something like

   $ import_single_mbox <local_mbox_file>

It just does not scale to redownload again and again just to see that
nothing was importet.  So there simply should be a way to import a once
downloaded (by whatever means) mbox to be able to track down single
problematic imports easily.
