Seems like one of the typical Django errors :)

Vipin, did you try this on your local server?

    line 8/teammetrics.wsgi: os.environ['DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE'] =
'web.settings'

Shouldn't it be just `settings` and not `web.settings`?
