[ubuntu-dev] Bug#651546: [backportpackage] no way to build for proper release socket without uploading directly

Hi!

  When using `backportpackage` without a -u ppa:$something but instead
using a -w option the changelog refers to ${release}-backports whichs
makes the launchpad ppa queue reject the package. This behaviour
doesn't seem to be overrideable.
