For one, the Developer's Reference §6.2. As far as I know this package
has no outright violations (this bug is of “minor”-level severity).

To be clear, the issues I'm reporting and addressing with this bug
report are:

* The synopsis of each package should be informative; one of them
  fails to distinguish that it's specifically for Python 3.

* The long description of each package should consist of complete
  sentences (as you observed).

I also wanted to address the ambiguity of “library”; it's not clear
whether the synopses are referring to the technical sense of a code
library, or the colloquial sense of a simple collection. I offer my
suggestion as a way to clarify the use of “library in the synopsis.

Since that patch also addresses the main issues above, sure I'd be
fine with either patch.
