[ubuntu-dev] Please archive/disable the ubuntu-dev-team ML

Hi,

as I mentioned on IRC back in May, and agreed by the current list owner
at

I hereby request that you please turn off this mailing list.
All the packages that were using it as the Maintainer address migrated
to something else, so now on the list there is nothing bug spam.
