I'm sorry to tell you that this is NOT the right place to request new
packages. You should rather file a bug in the debian bugtracker
requesting a new package. This is done by filing a new bug against the
package 'wnpp', with the subject: "RFP: gmorgan". See [1] for more
information using wnpp. Then you hope that an interested person
packages it and uploads it to debian. Ubuntu will sync regularly from
debian an thus gets the package.
