Following from various discussions I've had over the past several months
with individual Debian developers, I've assembled a document which attempts
to explain Ubuntu from the perspective of a Debian developer.

I've gone through a few rounds of feedback and revision with some folks by
private email, and I think it's ready for more general consumption.

I would appreciate further feedback from this group regarding the document
itself, and also especially about how it could be presented to the Debian
developer community without blowback of the sort which happened when such
information was posted to -devel-announce.
