[Utnubu-maintainers] Bug#359858: Installs gconf defaults in /etc

This package was built with an older version of dh_gconf. The latest
version moves the defaults to /var/lib/gconf, making it conformant to
the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard.

Please rebuild the package with a more recent debhelper (at least
4.9.8.1). This should automatically make use of gconf-schemas without
other changes.
