I have received one APPOINTMENT/APPROVAL LETTER to start work in Sonangal
Oil Corporation in UK.

I, Mohammad Tariq, already talked you on telephone about 3-4 months back.

*Here I am sending the same for verification whether it is real or fake?*

I am in India at present. Due to some reason i could not contact you again
regarding job.

About two(2) week back i have received a mail from Mr. Hameed Ansari in your
HR Department to apply again for the post of Project Engineer.

I have sent an updated CV to him at hsonangol at yahoo.it then again he reply
me and taken online interview for the recruitment.

Now on June 3 he sent me the APPOINTMENT/APPROVAL LETTER TO START WORK.

Since i have already talked you once or twice in this connection so i want
to verify this letter directly from you.

I know you are the most important person in HR Department of SONANGOL OIL
CORPORATION.

*(1.0)  SONANGOL OIL CORPORATION and Partners has the mandate to procure
technical and expatriate labour to complement local personnel and
contractors in series of project presently about to commence by Esso
Exploration Craigovan Island United Kingdom, B.P Exploration.  *

*SONANGOL OIL CORPORATION having gone through the curriculum vitae/resume of
contacted expatriates recommended for the project have found you QUALIFIED
and decided to invite you as one of the EXPATRIATE's to start work as soon
as possible.*
**
*(1.1)  All operations will be reported directly to the Project
Administrator of the Esso Exploration in Craigovan Island United Kingdom.
All personnel shall be responsible to the Esso Exploration UK series. * **
*The programme is a bench mark projects with Esso Exploration and partners
that have set world record circle times with the lowest unit costs for
project of this size and complexity. The project is about drilling for oil
in Craigovan Island United Kingdom And $3.5billion Kiomba C and D project,
322 kilometers offshore.
The project concern is targeted at producing more than 550,000 barrels per
day.
Indeed the craigovan Island fields, Kiomba A, B,C and , have a combined Two
billion estimated recoverable crude oil deposit.. *

*(2.0)  **JOB POSITION TITLE OFFERED:  (PROJECT GENERAL MANAGER)**
              * *FIELD OPERATIONS)*

*(2.1) Job Description: *

*· In line with operations in the oil and gas sector.*

*· Ensure compliance with plans and specifications.*

*· Implement, monitor, and maintain on site programs to verify compliance
with local, state and federal standards with regards to environmental,
wild-life, and other sensitive issues. *

*· Communicate professionally and effectively with consultant inspectors,
consulting engineers, contractors, etc. regarding assigned projects. *

*All operations on Job locations will be reported directly/indirectly to the
Project Manager, Esso Exploration through the Project Administrator of
Sonangol Oil Corp, United Kingdom.
Expatriate must have ability to work under pressure, while experience of
team building or supervision will be an advantage. *

*SONANGOL OIL CORPORATION has a high quality performance, and you will work
closely with the Foremen to ensure the continuous adherence of this along
with the existing processes, and then to develop all as time remained. *

*You will be working very closely with engineers at all levels, so excellent
communication skills are a must. *


*All contracts are designed to last for a span of five (5) years and SEVEN
(7) months and liable to upward review yearly. *

*(2.2) JOB LOCATION: LONDON*

*The Programmed will be carried out within Craigovan Island United
Kingdom in the Kizomba C and D project site,322 kilometers offshore and
other Offshore and Onshore facilities and Human resources department to ease
the facilitation of projects take off in United Kingdom.*

*(3.0)   WORK PERIODS:!*

*Mondays through Fridays, Time: 8.00am to 4.00pm with break period between
12.00noon to 2.00pm. Expatriates are entitled to a one (1)month paid home
leave.*

*SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ARE General work free day. ( Known as public Holiday. )
*

*(3.1)  SALARY INDICATION:   £7,850.70 POUNDS STERLINGS  *
**

*Monthly Salary-   EXCLUDING OTHER MONTHLY BENEFICIARY INCENTIVES.*

*(3.2)  ALLOWANCES: *

*Hazard/Inconveniences allowance! 30% of Basic salary. *

*Entertainment allowance! 20% of Basic salary. *

*All allowances are paid weekly and locally in Great British currency in its
existing equivalents at MARKET existing exchange rate OF CURRENCY. *

*(4.0)* *PAID HOME LEAVE:*

*All expatriates are entitled to a one(1) month paid home leave, which can
be taken once at a time or two (2) weeks apart one different period. *
*
All expatriates shall be entitled to a leave allowance (Great British
Currency ) of an additional (100% percent) of their basic salary. *

*Free to and fro tickets to cover the span of their home leave twice yearly.

**10% allowances on leave period. *

*(5.0)  SAFETY AND SECURITY:*

*Safety and Security of personnel Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job
Locations and Communities are no small issue, and have been seriously
considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations. *
*
All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health
Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector.
*

*All expatriates are entitling to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job
Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.
All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations e.g.
Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as
applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector. *

*(6.0) MEDICAL/HEALTH SERVICE FACILITIES AND INSURANCE PLAN FOR FAMILY: *

*All expatriates shall be entitled to a comprehensive health care service,
which are to be administered by Medical Experts on Job Locations.
In a case of emergency situation, an expatriate will be flown to his home
country or any country suitable for the best medical attention.
This decision can be influenced by the findings of the Company's medical
experts, unless the expatriate in question states otherwise. *

*After three (3) months of service all expatriates will be entitled to a
Health Service Insurance Plan (HSIP) for family. The Health Service
Insurance Plan is designed to
cover only three (3) members of your family. *
*
The Health Service Insurance Plan (HSIP) allowance can also be paid to the
expatriates at the rate of GBP 900 Pounds per family member per month which
can be transferred on monthly basis without being subjected to tax. MAXIMUM
NUMBERS OF FAMILY IS (3) That is expatriate and his three members of his
family.*

*(7.0) FEEDING AND ACCOMMODATION:*

*Accommodation and feeding shall be provided for all expatriates for FREE,
and it is by a staff quarters and also by a Five Star Hotel in Metropolitan
Area.  All expatriates whose choice are not in the mentioned above qualities
are therefore advise to seek their own choice of accommodation within and
the company will be responsible for his/her rentage charges. *

*NOTE: All accommodation payment has to be paid by the company in questions
as regards to every expatriates involved.
All cuisine (Intercontinental/Continental) will also be provided by the
Company as well. *

*(7.1) TRANSPORTATION:*

*An official vehicle shall be provided on 24 hour daily basis to all
expatriate for local transportation.
A round trip flight ticket to cover the life span of your contract
engagement will be provided and delivered to the designated travel agency
whose authority and attention are met to process your relevants travel
itinearies documents and particulars and these in process will be delivered
to you by the travel agency upon your completion of these details above. *

*(7.2) ADDITIONAL SERVICES:*

*Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal
of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred.
Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all
expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit. *

*(8.0) TELECOMMUNICATION/INTERNET FACILITIES:*

*There are standard telecommunication facilities and internet services at
the disposal of all expatriates, and same shall be accessible to all
personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred. *

** *NOTE: Each and every expatriates are  entitled to one NOTEBOOK (A LAPTOP
PC) to ease his/her internet facilities communication with friends and
relatives across the globe.
Cellular Phones/mobile phones will also be distributed to all expatriates
from the Local dealers/Service Providers in United kingdom but must be used
in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Locations.
*

*(9.0) FAMILY STATUS ARRANGEMENTS:*

*Family status arrangements can only be applied after at least (1) months of
service. The Application of family status arrangement indicates that an
expatriate will be entitled to a free visa and air fare for his wife or
spouse or any other family member which is to be provided by the Company
through the Traveling Agency/Consultant. *

*Expatriates who intend to travel with their wife/spouse within the
first one (1) months of contract engagement will have the cost of their
travel flight ticket being borne by them to the DIRECTED/DESIGNATED TRAVEL
AGENCY and shall be reimburse upon arrival to work station within 72 hrs
only. *

*(10.0)  A cogent welcome/interview and former introductions on arrival is
designed to facilitate a cordial relationship between expatriates and firm
as well as the organizational structure with respect to the project scope. *
*
Among reasons for former introductions/interview on arrival is to establish
expatriates area of interest considering the project scope in order to
facilitate an efficient division of labor on Job Locations with respect to
the organization structure. *

*(11.0) CLAIMS/ENTITLEMENTS:*

*All expenses incurred by all expatriates employed in relation to this
Job/Contract Engagement Process is liable to reimbursement within 72 hrs
only upon expatriates arrival to work station.
Such expenses include cost of obtaining medical certificate,
Immunization/shots in the case were an expatriate gets such service from a
special or personal doctor. Cost of obtaining Job Contract Engagement papers
and Traveling Documents/visa from THE AFFILIATED TRAVEL AGENCY. *

*A proof of payment in form of an official receipt will facilitates a prompt
reimbursement of all claims/expenses made by all expatriates. *

*With respect to the expected time line of the project takes-off. SONANGOL
OIL CORPORATED has mandated a reliable travel agent in LONDON to ensure the
processing of all traveling documents/immigration particulars etc. in record
time with you. *

*If the conditions stated above are acceptable to you, you are hereby
directed to contact the designated travel consultant (with your contact
address) to embark on the delivery and processing of your relevant
documents/immigration particulars to facilitate your travel to the appointed
office given by the company for commencement of work within a shortest time
frame. *

*You are hereby advise at this stage to contact the designated agency for
PROCESSING of your contract engagement papers and endorsement as well as
commencing the procurement of your relevant travel/immigration papers, visa
and every other travel itinearies to enable us ascertain your commitment to
the project take-off. *

*NOTE:
However, you are to borne the expenses of processing and delivery of your
contract engagement papers from the DREAM TRAVEL SORTS UK as referred to in
paragraph (11.0). Meanwhile, the reimbursement of this expenses will be made
to you upon your 72 hours arrival to sonangol office to resume your normal
and given post of work duty immediately. *

*PLEASE WE ADVISE YOU TO TAKE PROPER NOTE OF THIS. FOR IT IS VERY COMPULSORY
AND IMPORTANT.*
