[Virtual-pkg-base-maintainers] Bug#421351: base: Package System: New Section "Video"?

I want to suggest that in the Debian Package System a new Section named 
"Video" or "Multimedia" is introduced.
Video software such as mencoder is not easy to find, it may be in 
"Sound" or "Graphics".
