Package: base
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Debian system doesn't boot, it fails in process "Waiting for root file system".
Debian identify my hard disk as /dev/sda and partiton in which Debian is installed as /dev/sda1, but in /boot/grub/menu.lst is this entry:

title Debian GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.22-2-686
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.22-2-686 root=/dev/hda1 ro
initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.22-2-686
savedefault

And in /etc/fstab is:

/dev/hda1 / ext3 defaults,errors=remount-ro 0 1

I am sure that is the cause by system doesn't boot.
